Rolls up and lives behind the sofa

Lives under my standing desk

Start with socks on, trust me

Went barefoot the first time and lasted about thirty seconds. Socks for the first week, then barefoot after that and it's fine. Wish someone had told me before I ordered.

Get the large if you're a bigger foot

Ordered the small to try it and my heels hang off the back. Works fine but I'd have paid the extra for the large from the start. Take the sizing chart seriously.

The whole house uses it

Bought it for myself and now my husband and my eldest both have a go on it in the evenings. It's turned into a bit of a competition over who can last longest.

Sharper than I pictured

The points are firmer than they look in the photos, so build up slowly rather than standing on it flat-footed on day one. Does exactly what it says once you're used to it.

Replaced my foot roller

Had one of those wooden rollers for years and it only ever did the arch. This gets the whole sole at once and I don't have to sit down to use it.
